No BS!!! This is one of my all time favorite smoothies. The kids LOVE it and its full of healthy fiber rich fruits & veggies.
Heres a little info on spinach and why I love it for this kids. It’s high in zinc, fiber, vitamin A, C, E & K…..it also contains vitamin B6, folate or it’s also called vitamin B9, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium & copper…..So basically its a damn multivitamin.
Recipe
- 1 peeled orange
- 1 cored green apple
- 1 big ass handful of rinsed spinach
- 1 small banana
- 1/2-1 cup raw coconut water (depending on the thickness you like)
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- 1 tbs xtc oil or coconut oil
- 1 handful of ice cubes
